Are there any account fees?
No. We do NOT charge any fees for opening an account or maintaining your account. There is no minimum account balance requirement and no minimum deposit. Betn1 however may charge a 1% administration fee in cases where authorisation of a deposit is required from a financial institution.
What is the minimum age requirement to open an account?
The minimum age to open an account with Betn1 is 18 years (21 years for persons who live in Estonia). Betn1 does not accept responsibility for under-age applicants. Betn1 can refuse to pay out a bet if we believe a client or player is under 18 years of age, or a client or player makes a bet on behalf of a person who is under 18 years of age.
What do I need to open an account?
Opening an account with Betn1 takes only a few minutes. We require only your name, date of birth, telephone number, residential and postal addresses and a valid email address. Confirmation of your Betn1 account will be sent to your nominated email address. For the protection of your account, you must not reveal your username or password to any other person.
Do I need proof of ID?
Yes. So that we maintain our high standards of security of client accounts you are required to send us proof of identity. Whilst you may send this upon registration you are obliged to do so before you can transfer more than €2300 . You will have to do so by providing a copy of identity card, passport or driver’s license confirming date of birth and an official document confirming your residence. We will also require a copy of both sides of any credit card or debit card used to make a deposit into your account. These forms of identification can either be faxed, emailed or mailed to Betn1. How secure are my personal details?
